Failed to connect to gitlab.xxx.ru. Operation timeout

Good afternoon respected community.

Sometimes when our command start some jobs in our GitLab we are faicing next mistaken:
**Running with GitLab-runner 12.10.2 …… **
Fetching changes …… and after that we getting next error
Fatal unable to access https://gitlab.xxx.ru/some-directory/subdirectory.git failed to connect to GitLab.xxx.ru Operation timeout

I have change some parameters such as:
[gitlab_rails[‘git_timeout’] : 1800
and stopped some runners, but it was not effective.

Since I’m not good enough knowledge about GitLab settings I ask for help from community. And will be glad any helps.

P.S. This mistaken appears during intensive server operations and floating effect

From what I can see, you’re probably dealing with a network or firewall issue in this case. Are you still experiencing these errors? I realize it’s been a few days since you posted.

If you are still seeing this problem, could you please ask your network team or hosting provider to look at intermittent connectivity issues on your network?
