Feature Request
I have tried to sign up to GitLab with a username that I like but I couldn’t’ use it because another user has already registered it a year ago. However, this user has never pushed a single commit, has never used the service.
Would be nice to be able to request a username from users who have registered it previously and are with “non-active” status. Would be nice if GitLab could change their status to “not-active” after they haven’t used the service for more than a year and then, allow anyone to take their username.
Thoughts?
