At the same time, access to gitlab/gitlab-ce - Packages · packages.gitlab.com works fine from Russia.
Is it intentional? If not, could GitLab team fix the issue with gitlab-ee?
Enterprise Edition is commercial so global sanctions resulting from Russia’s invasion of Ukraine will apply. Russia’s violations of international law this weekend are set to harden existing and introduce more sanctions, so plan for potential complete loss of access to/from Russian IPs in the next few days/weeks.
