When I expore the api, there are two sections, “For normal users” and “For Admins”.
I created some groups and projects, can I be the admin for them. is the admin only meaning the members in gitlab company?
Admin is an instance level privilege. On gitlab.com the admins are probably employees of GitLab, on our instance all users (including me and the other admins) are employed here not at GitLab.

anyway, it seems more helpful to have an admin in project or group level.
