Stood up a Gitlab CE environment in AWS yesterday and as the documentation stated I used the Gitlab CE 10.3.3 AMI for the Sydney Region (ap-southeast-2).
GitLab CE 10.3.3 (ami-2a5dae48)
When logging in it reports as GitLab 10.3.2 not 10.3.3
Using apt upgrade upgraded it to 10.3.3 without issue, but I think the 10.3.3 AMI needs recreating with the correct version of the product deployed within it
