I’m tryin to update my gitlab-ee but i’m encountering an error where my terminal says the gpg key is invalid, while searching google an even found answers here on the forum, it doesn’t seem to work for me.

In the forum post, it does say to just download the gpg key, and I tried to add it with the new managed keyring rather than the apt-key.
whil doing that which worked perfectly fine, I get the same error while running apt update.
Currently running ubuntu 22.04.x
