Unable to update Gitlab Version

Hi there,
I’m presently in the process of updating our GitLab to the most recent version. At the moment, we’re using version 14.8.2 on Ubuntu 18.04.6 LTS (Bionic). I’ve reviewed the upgrade path using GitLab’s upgrade tool, and it indicates that the next version I should target is 14.9.5. However, the error I encounter when attempting "sudo apt-get install gitlab-ee=14.9.5-ee.0 " is “E: Version ‘14.9.5-ee.0’ for ‘gitlab-ee’ was not found”
I’ve also observed something when I execute “apt update.”, Err:1 https://packages.gitlab.com/gitlab/gitlab-ee/ubuntu bionic InRelease
The following signatures were invalid: EXPKEYSIG 3F01618A51312F3F GitLab B.V. (package repository signing key) packages@gitlab.com
Is it possible that the repository needs to be updated first? Any help would be appreciated.
