Gitlab group doesn't exist

Hi All,
I created last week a private Group and added my old repositories.
Today I logged in to the website and see that all our repos are lost and the gitlab group doesn’t exist.

Also my git updates (events) does’nt exists it looks like a gitlab decide to delete my group and repos :frowning:

Do you know what’s the issue and how to recover 2 years of work ?
