GitLab on Ubuntu 14.10

Hi,

I’ve installed GitLab on a Ubuntu 14.10 Server and it works fine the last months. But with the new apt-get -based installation (or update in my case) it doesn’t found the gitlab-ce package. Is there a way to get the new method working on 14.10 or download the .deb-package (from where?) and update the old way?

Did you manage to resolve this? I’m having the same problem. The install process seems to set up a repo specifically for ubuntu 14.04 or 12.04.

Ubuntu 14.10 is not officially supported, although a package for 14.04 might work.
