Dear Colleagues,
I have configured create images for Gitlab runner and uploaded them in the registry .Runners are active state but still all the pipelines stay in pending state for a very long time.
If any one has any clue please help.

Normally you can see the state of the shared runners here: https://monitor.gitlab.net/d/000000002/ci?refresh=5m&orgId=1 and if anything is wrong they usually post it here: https://twitter.com/gitlabstatus
However the monitor above does not seem to be working, the monitoring page itself seems to be full of errors. So there may be issues.
