Hello everyone,
I noticed that some project repositories in our self-hosted GitLab instance are around 2 GB in size.
I came across this documentation: Methods to Reduce Repository Size.
However, I would like to hear from anyone with hands-on experience in reducing repository size using the following features available in the GitLab application:
- Redact text
- Remove blobs
- Repository cleanup
Additionally, if there are other effective ways to reduce the size of a repository, I’d appreciate your suggestions.
