Gitlab to Gitlab Mirror repository

I am just trying to setup a simply test mirror between two repos, both on gitlab.

Made both projects public…try again and get…

Okay error now says could not read username…so change URL

Another issue - keep losing option to select the pull … only push displayed, no drop down ?
