Gitlab tokens failed

Hi, I’m using in-house solution for gitlab and now have an issue that none of the tokens are work
personal tokens -> authentification failed
deploy tokens -> authentification failed
CI_JOB_TOKEN -> authentification failed

is it a problem with nginx? I can authenticate users via https by login/pass with no problem. Can you advise what to check and what logs to check?

the problem is with kereberos auth. and if it’s failed git client do not fallback to basic auth
this is described in https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/integration/kerberos.html
but even if my version higher than 2.4 it still doesn’t work
