Help required while making payments on GitLab Customers Portal

Hi, I am trying to make payments on the GitLab customers portal (GitLab Subscription [Management]) to buy additional compute minutes for my org but am unable to use my Visa credit card (country - India). I can use it to make international online payments but not for this.

I wanted to know what alternate payment methods (stripe/adyen etc) I can use as this will be a blocker for us in the future as well if we’re not able to make payments from the portal. We’re currently trying to evaluate GitLab against Bitbucket and are using the GitLab Enterprise Duo Trial.

I tried contacting the salespeople here but received no response: Sales | GitLab

Is this normal? I twice filled out the form and asked them for help but received no response.

Who should I contact next to do this?

Unless someone from the Gitlab team visits the forum, nobody can help you here either. We are just Gitlab community users who have no information or ability to check that. You would have to persevere and contact Gitlab Sales team until you get a response.
