How to set a default profile path for gitlab users?

Hello,

I want that all users profiles are created on some custom path/groupe: ie my-nice-gitlab/individual/ on gitlab.
Are there a nice settings to do that?

I didn’t find a way to set it.
(I use gitlab CE 12.5.0-ce.0 )
