Can anyone tell me how to correctly specify user in git push -o merge_request.create origin branch -o merge_request.assign = user? Various options such as merge_request.assign = “user”, merge_request.assign = “@ user”, merge_request.assign = user do not work.
it should be
git push ... -o merge_request.assign="<user>" where
<user> is username of the user.
git push -o merge_request.create -o merge_request.target=master -o merge_request.title="readme!!" -o merge_request.assign="user_login_username"
But this query doesn’t work for some reason. The assignee is the one that makes the request and does not accept the values specified in merge_request.assign.
You are right. It doesn’t work.
If you need this functionality you would need to create an issue
