Import big projects from Github with GUI not working

Our company was using github and we sucessfully install and configure the IMPORT from GITHUB on the gitlab GUI. We imported some small projects but when trying to import big ones we get a failure message, The group for the project was created but the importation falied. We got our network guys loggin the trafic but i would like to ask if some one in this forum alreday got this problem before.

Did you try to increase the unicorn timeout?
