IP address blocked

Hi i was able to visit gitlab.com, im able to push/pull branches, do merge request… but yesterday it started having request timeout issue, and then i found out that i was not able to visit gitlab site, and my co-workers were able to visit, i called my internet provider, and they told me to talk with gitlab support. Please let me know how to fix it, or somehow whitelist my IP, otherwise i cannot work without it
