Is it possible to determine the date on which a Gitlab CE user was created please?

Hi unique

Yes,you can identify the date of the user which you have created.
Follow the below step:
First go to the GitLab GUI and login with the root/administrator user.
And then go to the admin area and check your created user which you have created on GitLab and move your mouse pointer to the created user to see the date of that user.

Hi,

Sorry I have just realised that I didn’t thank you for your help with this.
In the end I needed a list of all users and creation dates which I think I obtained via the rails-console.
However, you answered my original question in my hour of need, so thanks for your help!
