Is it possible to use GKE free tier with GitLab?

Everything is in the title: I wish to use GKE free tier (Google Kubernetes Engine) with GitLab: Is it possible?

→ With GitLab managed nodes and pods (helm)?
→ With GitLab-runner managed pod?
