Gitlab doc indicates it’s possible to create Merge Request through email. For this, we need to enable “incoming email”. It also states it’s available for gitlab.com. Is it available for free version or bronze and up?

It’s available in both CE/EE which means it’s a free feature

incoming email in gitlab.com. Can you give me some pointer along this.
