Lets Encrypt Error when creating gitlab URL

So I installed gitlab fine but when i try to make the actuall weblink i get an error this on a VM using Vmware. centos 7

Hi @Linds, I tried to help @Jppedals, but he (or she?) hadn’t sent his gitlab.rb.

I asked how to send it got no reply. I cant upload it here wouldnt let me but i figured it out on my own thanks.
