Lost gitlab-secrets.json file and CI page error

Hi,

I have the problem, I only have backup Gitlab without gitlab-secrets.json file. I lost this file . Now, I can know error during open CI/CD page in my project. How I can repair this situation ? I can lost my environment variables, but I can open this page :(.
Can anyone help me ?
