We are running only a single instance of GitLab CE of version 13.x. Is there a stepwise instruction to do a minor patch upgrade for GitLab CE 13.x. Our GITLAB which is running on top of Linux is not connected to internet. So what would be the correct instruction to do patch upgrade ? Could someone please advise ?
