Multiple Clients and 1 to Many Projects with a One Main Board

Hello! I’m new to Github. I’ve been watching a lot of videos on Github and trying to rack my brain around everything. So I apologize if this is a newbie question.

I run a web agency, so we have many clients and each client may have 1 or more projects. I would like to use GitLab as a project management tool, ticketing system, repository, etc.

A) Is this the best practice?

B) If so, then one of the problems I’m running into is that if I look at the board under clients to see all issues, it just falls all under “open”. Which looks like each group, subgroup, and projects have their own labels.

Is there a way to have a main board (obviously all the projects will need to have the same label)? This way, it’ll be much easier to move issues / tasks around on the main board and not have to go into each and every project (or select each > edit > label).

Thanks!
