Number of seats in the program for a self-hosted instance

Hi!

I’m part of a non-profit organization that maintains several open source tools. We self-hosted our gitlab and now are looking into applying to the the gitlab program for open source. The question I have is about the number of seats. We have hundreds of contributors as it is a quite large community. Will that be a problem?
