Hi,
I am using local runners and from time to time the jobs stuck in pending without any output. We waited up to an hour and nothing happened. A gitlab-runner restart fixes the issue and the job starts. We added debug logs and it seems that the runner is asking gitlab.com for new jobs but don’t get any of them.
There is no other job running at the same time, and the settings page indicates that the runner had recently contact with gitlab.com
