Recover access to the gitlab account when the access to the email is lost

Hi, recently gmx.com blocked my email account and now I can’t login into github because can’t get a verification email

How I can reset it if I don’t have access to the email account?

I am facing the same problem - after ending my job at the university my email account+address has been cancelled. I can not recover access to my gitlab account with valuable (for me) repositories.
