Is there any way to require certain labels are included with an issue?
For example:
I have the following labels:
Severity::1
Severity::2
Severity::3
Severity::4
Is there a way to force the issue creator to include on of these scoped labels? Is it possible to have labels on an issue that cannot be deleted?
