Reset password, and I don't receive email to reset password

We have a gitlab account and would like to regain access to it. I tried to reset the password, but it doesn’t send the email (it’s not in spam) for reset.
There is another one of us regaining access to this account.?

If isn’t sending emails then you need to ask their support team to sort it out. We as forum members in the Gitlab community cannot help you with it.

There’s already plenty of posts on this forum of people with similar situations.
