Setting icons from command line

I have a process to replicate our gitlab ce 12.8.1 to a different location (part of a disaster recovery process).
This works well but I’d like to change the icons so users know its not the primary site.

I know how to change the icons in the webpage - but is there a way of doing it from the command line using a command or changing files?
