Sudden error 403 for CSS and JS

Hi there,

I made an install of Gitlab CE on my own server (debian 8 + apache 2).
Everything was doing fine but today when to connect, all CSS and JS where marked as 403 forbidden.

I tried to change the permission but no success at all.

Do you know where it might come from?
