Two Factor Authenticator code - Lost

Hello,

I have a probleme with Gitlab.com and I don’t know how I can do.

I have enabled log in with two factor, but since I reset my phone I don’t have codes anymore, and I don’t have emergency codes.

How can I reset my account ? I already do “I forgot my password”, but it still ask me the two factor code :disappointed:

Someone already have this problem ?

Same problem here. Did you find an answer?

You can contact GitLab from your email address at support@gitlab.com.
They have then disabled my 2FA to let me log in.
