I am receiving notification emails from a project that I no longer have access to. Before access was removed, I was already receiving notification emails in error as I had disabled them for the project in my settings, to no effect. I then had access removed entirely, and I am still receiving them. (This is not a fresh problem, but in fact still the case many weeks later.) Can anyone recommend a solution?

I know that it might be stupid solution but considering that you don’t have access to the project you mentioned, why not just flag it as spam ? Out of sight out of mind right?
