What other avenues are there to get help when posting on this forum doesn't elicit a response?

I have created three topics, they have had views but no responses. Where else can I go to get help with gitlab specifically gitlab CI.

Hi, since this is a community forum, it is mostly ran by the community. If you encounter a bug, you can open an issue at the GitLab issue tracker https://gitlab.com/gitlab-org/gitlab-ce/issues. For more info on getting help, there’s also https://about.gitlab.com/get-help/.

I’m with @kenahoo. This “community” doesn’t have near the critical mass to be useful, and I’m frankly astonished that a Gitlab staffer responded at all, though it was completely off the mark.
