How on earth do you get in touch with sales @ GitLab?

I have sent 3 or 4 e-mails. I’ve asked for support via Twitter and was promised a response there. Nothing happens. I haven’t been able to get in touch with them for over a month. GitLab really is an awesome product but customer support is by far the worst I have ever experienced, primarily because it doesn’t exist, really.

And yes, we’re a paying customer.

We are a paying customer but so far that made no difference.
