Where is GitLab served up when running gitlab-ce docker image?

I’m attempting to run the gitlab-ce docker image on a VM to test an integration. I’m attempting to access the GitLab UI using localhost/127.0.0.1, and it does not come up for either http or https.

Any info appreciated, thanks-
