(works now) Running pre-receive hooks: GitLab: Internal API unreachable

I am not able to push to my gitlab repo, I am getting

running pre-receive hooks: GitLab: Internal API unreachable.

it looks like pull is working fine. I assumed there is something wrong with my authentication perhaps but it looks like I can’t even create a file using webinterface, it is giving me the same error. Is something wrong with gitlab?

it looks like it is fine now, was probably a temp hiccup?

We are currently experiencing the same issue. This started happening about 1.5 weeks ago and is still continuing. We receive running pre-receive hooks: GitLab: Internal API error (403).
