Add existing private EKS cluster on gitlab.com

problem with adding a new EKS private cluster using the default UI on gitlab.com:

• I followed the instructions on the default UI to add an existing EKS cluster but got the error:
  “is blocked: Requests to the local network are not allowed” (add a screenshot)
