Always give access to users

Hello,

I don’t need a complex permissions system, but I want to have two things and I am unsure on how to do these.

  1. I have a set group of users, core developers. And I ALWAYS want to give them access to every project. I can’t seem to find a way to do this.

  2. I have an API users, I want to ALWAYS give him access to everything as well.

Currently I go in and manually add every user to the group. Is there a way to do this automatically (I would be comfortable scripting it if needed, but I would much rather a built in solution).

Any thoughts?
