Hi all,
I want to be able to assess the delivery of my team. I would like to calculate throughput, WIP and cycle time of the kanban boards in Git. However, I can’t seem to work out how to pull out the dates that tickets move between the different columns.
Anyone kind enough to tell me how easy this is to do and that I am missing something!
