Another Account has been blocked

Hi there. I have also the issue of being blocked out from my account and never received any confirmationemail even when requesting it from here: https://gitlab.com/users/confirmation/new

I am completely locked out, and nothing works, registry, git pull/push, etc. Could you please help here ? Thanks.
