Account has been blocked & No Email Confirmation

Hey guys,

I’m getting this error whenever I try to push.

I’ve seen the other threads with exactly the same problem and i’ve followed their solutions to confirm my email address. As with the others, I do not receive the confirmation email. I contacted support but I was told that as I am not on a subscription, I must post to the community forums in order to get help :slight_smile:

Any suggestions?

I have re-confirmed my email address. Just as I did this time last week. I am able to access my gitlab repos for the time being. I hope the issue does no reoccur next week…

I have the same problem. Tried several ways to login - password, with google and with github and nothing worked.

Git pull in any of the git repositories results in

$ git pull

fatal: Could not read from remote repository.

Please make sure you have the correct access rights
and the repository exists.

Yes, I requested a confirmation e-mail at https://gitlab.com/users/confirmation/new and it never came.

I have exactly the same issue. I tried several time to have the confirmation email to be resend but I never received it back. I am completely locked out o my account.
