I’m using the cloud version of free gitlab. How do I get to the admin area. There is no wrench icon. I need to set another user to have access to create a project.
I figured it out. On the SaaS option there is no admin section. In order to have multiple users associated with multiple projects you need to use the Group option.
Create a group
Assign an user and give them Owner access
Then they can create projects under that group
Additional CI minutes can be purchased as the group level. Personal CI minutes will not be applied to group level.
