Can't purchase more pipeline minutes

I’ve received a noticed the pipeline minutes are about to end, when trying to purchase additional minutes I see (Expired) next to the group I’m trying to add minutes for.

I’m also seeing the following error:
“The Contract effective date should not be later than the term end date of the basic subscription.”

I’ve trying to finish the purchase process but nothing happens.

Would appreciate any help.
