I’ve received a noticed the pipeline minutes are about to end, when trying to purchase additional minutes I see (Expired) next to the group I’m trying to add minutes for.
I’m also seeing the following error:
“The Contract effective date should not be later than the term end date of the basic subscription.”
I’ve trying to finish the purchase process but nothing happens.
Would appreciate any help.

I have the same problem, and no solution found yet. They bug is already known for a year.
I commented under Create new subscription for CI Minutes if customer doesn't have an active subscription (#3117) · Issues · GitLab.org / customers-gitlab-com · GitLab to see whether there is a workaround until it is solved.
Would appreciate anybody sharing their ideas to solve this quickly (should we build our own runner instead?)
