Hi,
I’m using gitlab-ce (latest version) and I want to use changelog function. My projects are usually JAVA/JS and I’m developing on Windows with Intelij IDEA. I have read help on https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/development/changelog.html#how-to-generate-a-changelog-entry but I can’t find answer. There is command bin/changelog ‘entry’, but my projects does not have that binary.
How to create changelogs on Windows ?
