I noticed there is a wrong URL on the gitlab-ee page in dockerhub when I was trying to access the documentation for docker containers.
/r/gitlab/gitlab-ee/
The url below points to a wrong site
The complete usage guide can be found in Using GitLab Docker images<<< NOT WORKING
The correct URL might be from doc.gitlab.com → docs.gitlab.com
