I am attempting to update a standard Omnibus version of GitLab 10.8.0, installed on Ubuntu 18.04.
#sudo apt-get update
#sudo apt-get install gitlab-ce
The output is

gitlab-ce is already the newest version (10.8.0-ce.0).

This page would suggest that 10.8.0 is not the latest version
