We’ve kicked off GitLab’s first materiality assessment - a process to talk with our community to understand which environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues they consider vital for us to address. Capturing insights from our community is key in this process, and we’d love to gather your input.

The results from this assessment will help drive GitLab’s corporate sustainability strategy, programs, and communication.
