Gitlab CE, project shows has having 1 merge request, there's none

I was expecting eventually it would recalculate the number of merge requests, but after about a week the project still states there’s a merge request and when u click and go into merge requests, there’s none.

Anyone else having this problem or knows how to fix it? It’s purely cosmetic, but terribly annoying.

Gitlab is version 10+

We are having the same issue since upgrading to v10. I would love to see a fix. Does anyone know of an issue opened for this?

There’s a following issues about Gitlab 10 merge request count being incorrect. If you can provide further details to that issue, it’ll get resolved much quicker.
